Belmont House

Available for hire from April 2011 – Belmont House has been rescued and beautifully restored over the last 14 years and now offers accommodation which is both comfortable and cosy amid splendid surroundings. Belmont is a small but perfect Georgian house built in 1775 and set in a designed landscape overlooking a vista on three sides – sea, sky and islands.

The accommodation is spread over three floors sleeping 10-12 comfortably and overlooks the ferry crossing on Bluemull Sound with gentle coastal walking routes for sightseeing, wildlife encounters and archaeological sites nearby. The Belmont Trust can also arrange guided walks, guided fishing trips, bird watching and tours of the island if requested.
