This match was won fairly convincingly by a very good attacking Unst team. Neil Laurenson, Eric Thomson 2, Paul Henderson, Gary Burns 5, Bruce Johnston and David Thomson got the goals for Unst while Adam Swift 2 and Lewis King replied for Westside.

The young Westside team battled well for the full 90 minutes and played well in periods but the more experienced Unst side were always in control except for Gary Hunter who hit the bar with a wild penalty attempt.

Unst now meet neighbours Yell in the next round.
