As we are learning about Shetland and Unst in Lower Primary, the students were keen to learn more about crofting and aquaculture – 2 of the big employers on our island. We also visited one of our local entrepreneurs, Victoria Mouat, who owns and runs Victoria’s Vintage Tea Rooms.<\/p>\n
