This project allows pupils to engage with local charities as they research and create a presentation to deliver to an audience. Seven local charities were represented; Women&#8217;s Aid, Shetland Bereavement Support Service, Yell for Cancer Support, Mind Your Head, Shetland Foodbank, Advocacy Shetland and Dogs Against Drugs. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We are very grateful that these local charities could give up some of their time to support our pupils, allowing them to gain deeper knowledge of the service&#8217;s needs, and how they can be involved in supporting the Shetland community.
