Last term Upper Primary were learning about the human body so what better way to show your learning than create your own operation board! (Videos to follow) We had a little help from Mr Thomson and the secondary bairns to create a circuit and code the microbits to make a noise and flash if the sides were touched but apart from that the bairns designed the boards and cards themselves. There were lots of learning to come out of such a fun activity: communication, team work, problem solving, creativity, design, scale drawing, creating circuits\/coding (explained how it worked to UP bairns), fine motor skills, writing and money to name a few!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
