A School Within a School <\/p>\n\n\n\n A School Within a School <\/p>\n\n\n\n
After 2 weeks at Hogwarts the bairns were ready for a change. They asked to keep the potions and the quill writing so along with the fact <\/a>they have been creating schools during COOL time for weeks, organising lessons, taking on roles, and building their own little learning communities it only felt natural to change to a school. Another option from their role play wish list.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Now, the space has developed into a place where they can:<\/p>\n\n\n\n The bairns are taking what they\u2019ve been learning in class and using it to teach in their own lessons. They draw on their interests and current learning to design activities, explain ideas to others, and reinforce their own understanding. This not only deepens their learning but is also inspiring some to think about future careers \u2014 with a few already saying they\u2019d love to be teachers when they\u2019re older!<\/p>\n\n\n\n This isn\u2019t just play \u2014 it\u2019s deep, purposeful learning. Through their \u201cschool,\u201d the bairns are exploring responsibility, leadership, organisation, empathy and critical thinking.
