Our Early Years children had a fantastic time today learning all about Norway and the upcoming Norway Day celebrations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

They were very lucky to have a visit from Mrs Strachan, who looked absolutely stunning in her Bunad, which is a beautiful traditional Norwegian dress. She shared wonderful stories about how people celebrate in Norway, including the exciting parades and the delicious food they enjoy on the big day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To top it all off, the children joined in to sing a traditional Norwegian song called Olle Bolle. It was a joy to hear them practicing their new language skills. They also made flower crowns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The children loved every minute of their Scandinavian adventure. A huge thank you to Mrs Strachan for bringing Norway to life for us today.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
