Peat Restoration – Hermaness – John Muir Award

Thanks again to Sue White, Paul Goddard and Stephen Hawking for teaching our young people about Peat Restoration.

We had an excellent day, with glorious sunshine and very few midgies – what a day. We learnt the new method for transplanting sphagnum moss, used the new shovels, depth probe and gloves.
