Skibhoul Bakery

Lower Primary welcomed their first visitors to class since since before the Covid-19 pandemic! We were delighted to welcome Barry and Robert from Skibhoul bakery who spoke about their role as bakers. They brought different types of bread and biscuits and some delicious chocolate eclairs for the children to try.

They explained the process of bread making using yeast and demonstrated the ‘magic’ of proving. They left us some pizza dough so we plan to create our own next week so watch this space for further updates. We would like to say a huge thank you to them for giving up their time to visit us.
