Buzzer System – IDL

The inter disciplinary learning (IDL) challenge we have set ourselves is can we create a quiz show style buzzer system for end of year events. This could be game show style or quizzes or spelling bees.

Combining design and manufacture, art, physics and computing science – can we build, design, code and test our own custom built solution?

The Secondary pupils at BJHS are on the case – we have made the units and fixed in the giant buttons. We have also been trying similar (smaller) versions coded up in Python. Now to put it all together, albeit on a bigger scale. Let’s see if we can do it!
