Boccia Star!
S3’s very own Jamie represented Baltasound JHS at the Shetland Boccia Championship and performed so well, he was selected for the Shetland team to play at the National Competition.
So a 778 mile round trip to Stirling was required (including 4 inter-island ferries and 2 overnight ferries) and he played tremendously – winning several of his matches. We even managed a quick trip to Stirling Castle as well.
A great experience for Jamie and one we will never forget – well done Jamie and the Shetland Boccia Team!
