International Norwegian Day

BJHS Early Years has been learning about Norway this week in preparation to celebrate Norway’s National Day. Mrs Strachan was invited to join the celebrations by wearing her traditional Norwegian costume, she also sang a Norwegian song. Lower and middle primary classes joined in as well. Mrs Strachan told pupils that they say “gratulerer med dagen” (happy birthday) on this day in Norway. We’d like to say “tusen takk” (many thanks) to her!
