Physical Punishment

Physical Punishment – information for parents. As of 7th November, any forms of physical punishment of a child will become illegal. This will provide children the same rights as adults and the associated protection from physical assault. Physical punishment includes (but is not limited to) smacking, skelping, slapping and pinching.
